النظر في مآلات الأمور وأثره في دعوة المخالفين في ضوء القرآن الكريم

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة أسلوبٍ مهمٍ من أساليب الدعوة الواردة في القرآن الكريم، وهو دعوة المخالفين من خلال النظر والتأمل في عواقب الأمور ومآلاتها على سبيل الاحتجاج، إذ يمهّد بالتعريف بالمآلات وبيان اعتبار حجِّيتها نقلًا وعقلًا، وتتركَّز مادته على دراسة الآيات القرآنية التي ورد فيها النظر في مآلات الأمور، وأثره في دعوة المخالفين, وقد سلك الباحث فيه منهج الاستقراء التحليلي, كما يلتزم البحث بالجوانب الفنية المتبعة في البحث العلمي، ويُختتم بفهارس تسهِّل الاستفادة منه, وقد خَلُصَ البحث إلى النتائج التالية:
• أنَّ أسلوب الخطاب والدعوة بالنظر في مآلات الأمور يُعَدُّ مِن أهم الأساليب العقلية المنطقية في الإقناع، وإقامة الحجة على المخالفين، وقد عبَّر عنه بعضُ المفسرين بـ(الحجة المذكورة على طريقة التقسيم).
• اهتمام القرآن الكريم بهذا الأسلوب الدعوي في مخاطبة المخالفين ودعوتهم واضحٌ جليٌّ في كثير من الآيات القرآنية، إلا أنَّ هذا الأسلوب كان أكثر وضوحًا في الآيات التي تمت دراستها في هذا البحث.
• يمكن القول بأن المصادر التي تناولت موضوع (النظر في المآلات) لم تتناولها إلا من ثلاث جهات: أولًا: النظر في مآلات الأفعال، وهي دراسات أصولية مقاصدية الغرض منها بيان أثر هذه القاعدة على الأحكام الفقهية. ثانيًا: النظر في المآلات ومراعاتها والنظر في المفاسد والمصالح باعتباره معنىً من المعاني المذكورة في القرآن، وهي عبارة عن مقولات متفرقة، أو مباحث ضمن ثنايا الكتب والدراسات الأصولية كمقدمة لبيان اعتبار وحجية هذا المعنى وتطبيقه على الجانب الفقهي. ثالثًا: النظر في المآلات والاستفادة منه في أساليب الدعوة الواردة في القرآن الكريم (وهو موضوع هذا البحث).

Abstract: Abstract
This research deals with the study of an important method of propagation mentioned in the Noble Qur’an, which is calling the violators by looking and contemplating the consequences of matters and their outcomes by way of discussion, the preamble defined Consequences and shows their validity through transcription and rationalization. The course focuses on the study of the Qur’anic verses in which the method of looking at the outcome of matters is mentioned, and its effect on calling violators. However, the researcher followed the method of analytical induction, and the research is committed to the technical aspects used in scientific research, and it is concluded with indexes.
Finally, the research has concluded with the following results:
• That the discourse by the method of looking at the outcome of matters is one of the most important logical methods of persuasion and establishing a proof against violators, and some commentators expressed it as (The Proof mentioned through division).
• The concern of the Holy Qur’an in this propagation method in addressing the violators and calling them is evident in many verses of the Qur’an, but this method was more evident in the verses that were studied in this research.
• It can be said that the sources that dealt with the subject of (examining the consequences) did not deal with it except from three sides: First: Looking at the outcomes of actions, which are Islamic jurisprudence studies of purposes aimed at explaining the effect of this rule on jurisprudential rulings. Second: Considering the consequences and taking into account the consequences, corruption and vested interests, as it is one of the meanings mentioned in the Qur’an, which are separate statements or discussions within the folds of Islamic jurisprudence books and studies as an introduction to explaining the consideration and authenticity of this meaning and its application on the jurisprudential aspect. Third: To consider the consequences as one of the methods of propagation mentioned in the Holy Qur’an (which is the title of this research).
