المستخلص: يتناول البحث إلى اجراءات التقاضي عن بعد في حال الأزمات والظروف الطارئة والمعوقات التي تحول دون وصول الخدمة إلى كافة المستفيدين من خدمات القضاء.
ويناقش أبرز هذه المعوقات، ومدى تأثيرها على الجهاز القضائي، وكذا أفراد المجتمع، وكل من له علاقة، وحاجة للوصول إلى القضاء.
وقد سلك الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي وهو المنهج الرئيسي في هذا البحث، ثم المنهج الاستنباطي، ويتوقع الباحث أن يساهم البحث في القضاء على المعوقات الّتي تواجه القضاء حال التقاضي عن بعد مما يجعل عملية التّقاضي تخدم أكبر شريحة مستفيدة من القضاء.
Abstract: The research deals with remote litigation procedures in the event of crises, emergency circumstances, and obstacles that prevent the service from reaching all beneficiaries of judicial services.
It discusses the most prominent of these obstacles, and the extent of their impact on the judiciary, as well as members of society, everyone involved, and the need to access the judiciary.
The researcher has followed the inductive approach, which is the main approach in this research, and then the deductive approach. The researcher expects that the research will contribute to eliminating the obstacles that face the judiciary in the event of remote litigation, which makes the litigation process serves the largest segment of the beneficiary of the judiciary.
