هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أداء مديري المدارس العربية بجمهورية مالي في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري فيما يتعلق بــــ (القيادة الإدارية، السياسات والاستراتيجيات، الموارد البشرية، الشراكات والموارد، إدارة العمليات، التأثير على المجتمع)، ولتحقيق ما هدفت إليها الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة للبحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية العربية المعتمدة لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم بجمهورية مالي لعام (2019-2020م) والبالغ عددهم (626) معلما، وكانت عينة البحث(229) معلما، واستخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون للتأكد من صدق الاستبانة، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ للتأكد من ثبات الأداة، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، للتعرف على الخصائص الشخصية لأفراد عينة البحث، والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، لمعرفة مدى ارتفاع أو انخفاض استجابات أفراد عينة البحث، وكذلك للتعرف على مدى انحراف استجابات أفراد عينة البحث لكل فقرة أو مجموع المحاور، واختبار تحليل التباين أحادي، للتعرف على الفروق في الاستجابات لأفراد عينة البحث، واختبار(T) الثنائية: لعينتين مستقلتين للتعرف على أثر المتغيرات المستقلة على المتغيرات التابعة. وبعد تحليل البيانات توصّل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية:
1. أن واقع أداء مديري المدارس العربية الثانوية المعتمدة لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم بجمهورية مالي في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري المتعلقة بــــ (القيادة الإدارية، السياسات والاستراتيجيات، الموارد البشرية، الشراكة والموارد، إدارة العمليات، التأثير على المجتمع) جاء جميعها بدرجة "متوسطة".
2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث لمحاور الاستبانة، باختلاف متغير المؤهل الأكاديمي (البكالوريوس والماجستير).
3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث لمحاور الاستبانة، باختلاف متغير مجال التخصص (أدبي وعلمي).
4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في واقع أداء مديري المدارس العربية بجمهورية مالي في ضوء معايير التميز الإداري لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في الدرجة الكلية.

Research title:( The reality of the performance of Arab school principals in the Republic of Mali in light of the standards of administrative excellence).
The study aimed to: identify the reality of the performance of Arab school principals in the Republic of Mali in light of the standards of administrative excellence in relation to (administrative leadership, policies and strategies, human resources, partnerships and resources, operations management, impact on society).
To achieve what the study aimed at, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, and the questionnaire as a research tool, and the research community consisted of all teachers of Arab secondary schools accredited by the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Mali for the year (2019-2020 AD) and their number (626) teachers, the research sample (229) was a teacher, and the researcher used the following statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient to verify the validity of the questionnaire, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient to ensure the stability of the tool, frequencies and percentages, to identify the personal characteristics of the research sample members, and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, to know the extent of high or low responses of the research sample members, As well as to identify the extent of the deviation of the responses of the individuals of the research sample for each paragraph or group of axes, and the one-test analysis of variance, to identify the differences in the responses of the individuals of the research sample, and the binary (T) test: for two independent samples to identify the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variables. After analyzing the data, the researcher came to the following results:
- The reality of the performance of Arab school principals in the Republic of Mali in light of the standards of administrative excellence related to (administrative leadership, policies and strategies, human resources, partnership and resources, operations management, and the impact on society) all came with a "medium" degree.
- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the respondents of the research sample for the questionnaire axes, according to the difference in the academic qualification variable (Bachelor and Master).
- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the respondents of the research sample to the axes of the questionnaire, according to the difference in the field of specialization variable (literary and scientific).
- There are differences of statistical significance in the reality of the performance of Arab school principals in the Republic of Mali in light of the standards of administrative excellence for the variable years of experience in the total degree.
