قسمت البحث لقسمين، واحتوى القسم الأول من البحث؛ على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وعلى تعريف مختصر للقراءات الشاذة؛ لغة واصطلاحا، وأهميتها من حيث؛ بيان الأحكام، وترجيح بعضها على بعض، ودفع توهم معنى غير مراد، وترجيح أحد المعنيين وتفسيره، وترادف المعاني، وبيان اللغات، وبيّنت اختلاف العلماء في الاحتجاج بها، واستنباط الأحكام منها،وعرّجت على بيان حكم القراءة بها وكلام العلماء عنه، ثم ترجمت باختصار؛ لأشهر من وريت عنهم هذه القراءات الشاذة.
وفي القسم الثاني من البحث؛ فهرست القراءات الشاذة الواردة في سورة التوبة من تفسير البحر المحيط لأبي حيان، وضبطّها بالشكل، وعزوتها لمن قرأ بها، وبيّنت ما فيها من إشكالات قد ترد، أو تصحيف في قراءتها، أو نسبة لغير من قرأ بها، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات؛ التي توصلت إليها، وعملت فهرسة للمصادر والمراجع، والموضوعات؛ ليسهل الرجوع إليها.
Abstract: Research Abstract
I divided the research into two sections, the first section of the research contained the importance of the research topic, the reasons for choosing it, and a brief linguistic and specific definition of the irregular recitation styles and its importance in terms of clarifying its rulings, giving validation of some of them over others, preventing the misconception of unintended meanings, validating one of the two meanings and its exegesis, synonymy of meanings, clarifying language dialects, and I explained the differences of scholars in applying them as evidence and deriving rulings from them. I came to explain the ruling on reciting with these styles and the words of scholars about it, and then I concisely state the biography of those whom these irregular recitations styles were famously transmitted from.
The second section of the research contained thebibliography of the irregular recitation styles contained in Surat Al-Tawbah from the exegesis work of Abu Hayyan “Al-Bahr Al-Muhut”, applying the diacritical markings,, attributing it to those who recited it, and clarifying the probable problems it contained, or mispronunciation in its recitation, or erroneously attributing it to wrong reciters.
I then concluded the research with the most important results and recommendations. I then create an index of sources and references, and topics for easy reference.
