المستخلص: يُعدُّ هذا البحث ضمن الجانِبِ المعروفِ في حقلِ الدِّراساتِ القرآنِيَّةِ وما يتصلُ بها من علومٍ بتَفسيرِ الـمُشْكِلِ، وهو في دفعِ ما توهَّـمه بعضُ العلماءِ -القائلين بعدمِ حُجَّيةِ القياسِ- من أنَّ قولَه تعالى: { اليوم أكملتُ لكم دينكم}ﱠ [سورة المائدة:3] يصحُّ أن يكونَ دليلاً لِــمَا ذهبوا إليه من عدمِ الاحتجاجِ بالقياسِ في أدلةِ الأحكامِ الشَّرعيةِ خِلافاً لجمهورِ العلماء. حيثُ يعرضُ البحثُ الآيةَ وأقوالَ علماءِ التَّفسيرِ فيها، ثمَّ أقوالَ المتوهمين لهذا المعنى، ويناقشها، ليخلص بعد ذلك إلى نتيجةٍ علميةٍ مُـحرَّرةٍ، تُزيلُ هذا الإشكالَ وتدفعه.

Abstract: This research is to refute the illusion of some scholars who say that analogy from the third verse of Surat Al-Ma’idah is not valid, as evidence for their statement that analogy should not be invoked in the evidence of legal rulings, contrary to the majority of scholars, as the research presents the verse and the scholars’ sayings about it, then the sayings of those who are delusional about this meaning, and discusses them, to conclude. Then to an edited scientific result. The Importance of Research: The significance of the research becomes evident when considering the issue it addresses. It defends legal evidence approved by the public scholars of the Ummah, and recognized by most of jurists and the scholars. During which they concluded numerous rulings related to the acts of worship, transactions, and other matters. This source namely Qiyas (analogical reasoning).
