المستخلص: تحدثت من خلال هذا البحث إلى أحكام الخلع في الفقه الإسلامي ونظام الأحوال الشخصية ، وذلك من خلال ستة مباحث، المبحث الأول: مفهوم الخلع، ومشروعيته، والألفاظ الدالة عليه، وفي المبحث الثاني: تحدثت عن تكييف الخلع، وفي المبحث الثالث: تحدثت عن أحكام العوض في الخلع، وفي المبحث الرابع: تحدثت عن: خلع المرأة حال حيضها ونفاسها والطهر الذي جامعها فيه زوجها، وفي المبحث الخامس: تحدثت عن دور القاضي في الخلع، وفي المبحث السادس: ذكرت تطبيق قضائي على الخلع، ومن ثم ذكرت النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها في نهاية هذا البحث

Abstract: This research discusses the provisions of khul' in Islamic jurisprudence and the personal status system, through six sections, the first topic: the concept of khul', and its legitimacy, and the words indicative of it, and in the second section: talked about the adaptation of khul', and in the third section: talked about the provisions of compensation in khul', and in the fourth section: talked about: khul' a woman in the event of menstruation and breath and purification in which her husband intercourse with her, and in the fifth section: I talked about the role of the judge in khul', and in the sixth section: I mentioned the judicial application of khul', and then mentioned the results and recommendations reached at the end of this research.
