المستخلص: عنوان البحث: الفتح على الإمام في القراءة ومستجداته المعاصرة– دراسة فقهية -. موضوع البحث: المسائل المتعلقة بالفتح على الإمام في القراءة ومستجداتها، ودراستها دراسة فقهية. منهج البحث: استقرائيٌّ وصفيٌّ. الأقسام الرئيسة للبحث: ينقسم هذا البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، تحدثت في المقدمة عن أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج البحث وخطة البحث، وتحدثت في التمهيد عن التعريف بمفردات العنوان وآداب الفتح على الإمام، وتحدثت في المبحث الأول عن حكم الفتح على الإمام في القراءة، وفي المبحث الثاني تحدثت عن نية الفاتح حال فتحه، وحكم حمله المصحف، وحكم أخذه العوض، وحكم استفتاح الإمام، وتحدثت في المبحث الثالث عن مستجدات الفتح على الإمام في القراءة وتحدثت في الخاتمة عن أهم النتائج. أبرز نتائج البحث: توصلت في هذا البحث إلى عدّة نتائج: • أن الفتح المأموم على الإمام في الفاتحة واجب، وفي غيرها مستحب. • أن فتح المنفرد على الإمام مكروه. • أن فتح غير المصلي على الإمام مباح ولا تفسد به الصلاة. • أن المأموم حال فتحه على الإمام له أن ينوي الفتح وله أن ينوي القراءة وله أن ينويهما معا. • أن حمل الفاتح للمصحف جائز. • أن أخذ الفاتح رزقا من بيت المال على فتحه جائز. • أن إعطاء الفاتح عوضا بلا شرط جائز. • أن استفتاح الإمام الفتح جائز. • أن الفتح على الإمام في القراءة بالاتصال الصوتي جائز. • أن الفتح على الإمام في القراءة آليا جائز. الكلمات المفتاحية: فقه - الفتح - القراءة – الصلاة.

Abstract: Research Title: Helping Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran in Reading and Its Contemporary Updates - Jurisprudence study. ‏Topic of research: Issues related to the topic of helping Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran in reading and its updates and studying it as a Jurisprudence study. ‏Research Method: Inductive research Main sections of the research: This research is divided into an introduction, preface, three topics and conclusion. In the introduction, I talked about the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, the research methodology, and the research plan. In the preface, I talked about defining the vocabulary of the title and the etiquette of helping Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran. In the first topic, I talked about the rule of Helping Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran in reading. While, in the second topic, I talked about the intention of the Responder when he reminds the Imam, the rule of carrying the Qur’an, the rule of taking it in exchange, and the rule of helping Imam reciting the Holy Quran. In the third topic, I talked about the developments of helping Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran in reading. Finally, In the conclusion, I talked about the most important results. Most important results of the research: In this research, I reached several results: 1-Helping Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran is obligatory in Al-Fatihah and desirable in others. 2- The single help of Imam to remind reciting the Holy Quran is hated. 3-It is permissible for someone who is not praying to remind Imam reciting the Holy Quran and it does not invalidate the prayer. 4_ If the Imam's followers intend to remind him reciting the Holy Quran, he may intend to recite and to read, and he may intend both of them together. 5-The responder's carrying of the Qur'an is permissible. 6-Its permissible for the responder to take money from the exchequer. 7-Giving the Responder in return without condition is permissible. 8- Its permissible for the Imam to start reminding himself reciting the Holy Quran. 9- It is permissible to remind Imam reciting the Holy Quran in by voice communication. 10- Reminding Imam reciting the Holy Quran in reading automatically is permissible.
