المستخلص: ملخص البحث تطرقت في هذا البحث إلى ذكر خلاف الفرضيين في أحوال المناسخات، وتحرير شروطهم ومصطلحاتهم، والانتهاء إلى ضوابط مختارة، مع برهنة صحتها واطرادها. وقسمته إلى: تمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وملحق. تناولت في التمهيد أهمية المناسخات، والاختصارَ فيها، وخطورة اللجوء إليه دون الإلمام بشروطه. وضمَّنت المبحث الأول تعريفاً بمصطلحات البحث، وتحرير ما تشابه منها. وذكرت في المطلب الأول منه: تعريف المناسخة والاختصار وبيان أحوال المناسخات، وفي الثاني: تحرير المراد بخطوات وضوابط أحوال المناسخات. وتطرقت في المبحث الثاني إلى الحالة الأولى من أحوال المناسخات. وأوردت في المطلب الأول منه: التعريفَ بها، وفي الثاني: الضابطَ المجمل لهذه الحالة، وفي الثالث: أقسامَ هذه الحالة ومواطن الخلاف فيها، وفي الرابع: تحريرَ العلل والقواعد وبيان الضابط المطرد المختار، وفي الخامس: مناقشةَ بناء ضابط منعكس لهذه الحالة، وفي السادس: أمثلةً متنوعة مع عرضها على الضابط المختار. وذكرت في المبحث الثالث الحالة الثانية من أحوال المناسخات. وتناولت في المطلب الأول منه: التعريفَ بها، وفي الثاني: ذكرَ الخلاف في ضابطها، وفي الثالث: تحريرَ الأقوال وثمرة الخلاف، وفي الرابع: الضابطَ المطرد المختار، وفي الخامس: مناقشةَ بناء ضابط منعكس لهذه الحالة. وذكرت في الخاتمة أهم النتائج والتوصيات. وألحقت بالبحث البراهينَ الرياضية لصحة واطراد الضابط المختار للحالتين.

Abstract: ABSTRACT I quoted in this research the sayings of the scholars of inheritance concerning the Munasakhaat' (consecutive deaths before the division of the first deceased's wealth) cases, and redacted their conditions and terminologies, and stated some chosen principles, while proving their exactness and regularity. I divided it into: an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and an appendix. The introduction deals with the importance of Munasakhaat, and abridgement, and the seriousness of using abridgement without a full understanding of its conditions. The first chapter contains the definition of the different terminologies used in the research, and the properties that distinguish them. I mentioned in its first subchapter: the definition of the Munasakhah, its abridgements, and its different cases, and in the second: the explanation of the Munasakhaat' principles and steps. The second chapter deals with the first case of Munasakhaat. I discussed in its first subchapter: its definition and meaning, and in the second: its general principle, and in the third: its different subcases and the ones that are not agreed upon, and in the fourth: the rules governing these subcases and stated the chosen principle, and in the fifth: the argument on the possibility of satisfying the "only if" part of the principle, and in the sixth: testing the chosen principle on different examples. The third chapter talks about the second case of Munasakhaat. I mentioned in its first subchapter: its definition and meaning, and in the second: the disagreement related to its principle, and in the third: the redaction of the different sayings and the conclusion of the disagreement, and in the fourth: the statement of the chosen principle, and in the fifth: the argument on satisfying the "only if" part of the principle. The conclusion contains the most important results, and some recommendations. In the appendix: I included the formal mathematical proofs of the chosen principles for the two cases of Munasakhaat.
