Abstract: The paper discusses the odd readings in the book: “Al-Miftāḥ”, differentiating them from the mutawātirah (overwhelmingly reported), in order that they would not be confused with other such that they would not be recited for worship and that it would not be thought to be part of the Qur’ān, and also their interpretation and succinct explication, and the mention of their sources and places of mention.
