المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع البنية التحتية الرقمية في المملكة العربية السعودية، والكشف عن مكوناتها ومدى تطورها، إلى جانب الوقوف على مدى تطور قطاع التَّقنِيَة الـمَاليَّة بالاستفادة من التَّطَوُّر الذي حدث في هذه البنية، حيث استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم من خلاله التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج، تَتَمثَّل أهمها في أن واقع البنية التحتية الرقمية في المملكة العربية السعودية على مستوى من التقدم الكبير الذي حدث فيه بفضل الجهود التطويريَّة المبذولة في هذا المجال، وأن وجود بنية تحتيَّه رقمية قوية ومتكاملة الجوانب فتح الباب واسعا أمام انطلاق قطاع التَّقنِيَة الـمَاليَّة وسَاهَم في نُمُوُّها بشكلٍ كبيرٍ، وأن وجود عدد من الفُرَص في قطاع التَّقنِيَة الـمَاليَّة لا تزال تُشَكِّل مجالاتٍ واعدةً للاستثمار فيها.

Abstract: The research aims to identify the position of the digital infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reveal its components and the extent of its development, in addition to identifying the extent of the development of the financial technology sector by taking advantage of the development that has occurred in this structure. The research used the descriptive analytical approach, and through it a set of results was reached, the most important of which is that the reality of the digital infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is at a level of great progress that has occurred due to the development efforts made in this field, and that the presence of a strong and integrated digital infrastructure has opened the door wide for the launch of the financial technology sector and contributed to its growth significantly, and that the presence of a number of opportunities in the financial technology sector still constitute promising areas for investing in such field.
