المستخلص: ملخص الدراسة إن علم اللغة الجنائي يقدم إضافات متميزة في جوانب مختلفة ترتبط بمهارات مكتسبة من مجالات العلم نفسه وتخدم الأنظمة العدلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويسهم علم اللغة الجنائي كذلك في نظام الأحوال الشخصية بضبط الألفاظ ودلالاتها والكنايات ومقاصدها وبخاصة أمور الطلاق والرجعة والوصية، ويساعد علم اللغة الجنائي رجال الضبط الجنائي في جمع المعلومات وفي الاستماع لأقوال المتهمين، وكذلك في تحليل نتائج التحقيق وفي سماع شهادة الشهود والحكم المبدئي عليها، وتدريب القضاة على مهارات علم اللغة الجنائي من الأمور المعززة في تميز القضاء السعودي، والمساعدة كذلك في ترشيح المتميزين للقضاء، ويساعد علم اللغة الجنائي كُتاب العدل في توثيق العقود، وضبط الإقرارات، والتغلب على ما قد يصاحب هذا التوثيق من نقص أو خلل، ويقدم خبير علم اللغة الجنائي إفادة للقاضي عند المرافعات الشرعية، حول شهادة الشهود، والمواضع التي تحتاج إلى تفسير، ومواضع التناقض في شهادتهم، وكذلك ما قد يحدث من خلل عند توثيق شهادة الشهود وكتابتها، بما قد يستأنس به القاضي عند النظر في القضية، ويساعد علم اللغة الجنائي في الكشف عن صحة الوثائق وبيان التزوير فيها، وكذلك صحة نسبتها إلى أصحابها.

Abstract: ABSTRACT This study related to skills acquired through the fields of science itself and serve the justice systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Forensic linguistics also contributes with regard to the personal status system by controlling words and their connotations, metonyms and their purposes, especially with regard to matters of divorce, return and wills. Forensic linguistics helps police officers. In collecting information, listening to the statements of the accused, analyzing the results of the investigation, hearing the testimony of witnesses and the initial ruling thereon . and training judges in forensic linguistics skills is one of the things that enhance distinction of Saudi judiciary, also helps in nominating distinguished people for the judiciary. Forensic linguistics is a testimonial to the judge in the legal pleadings, about the testimony of witnesses, the places that need interpretation, the contradictions in their testimony, as well as what may occur from defects when documenting and writing the testimony of witnesses, with what the judge may be comfortable with when considering the case, forensic linguistics helps In revealing the authenticity of documents and the statement of forgery in it, as well as correctness of their attribution to their owners. :---
