المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف فاعلية برنامج تعليمي مقترح قائم على تنمية مهارات التفكير الفقهي لدى طلاب كلية الشريعة بالجامعة الإسلامية؛ ولتحقيق الهدف منها استخدم الباحث الوصفي في مراجعة الدراسات السابقة وإعداد الإطار النظري للبحث وبناء أدواته، والمنهج التجريبي القائم على المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ذي الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، وتكون عينة البحث من (70) طالبا مقسمة إلى قسمين (35) طالبا للمجموعة الضابطة و (35) للمجموعة التجريبية من طلاب السنة الثالثة من طلاب كلية الشريعة بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بناء قائمة بمهارات التفكير الفقهي تم في ضوئها بناء اختبار مهارات التفكير الفقهي، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (ᾱ≤0.000) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات التفكير الفقهي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما توصل إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في اختبار مهارات التفكير الفقهي. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج تعليمي، مهارات التفكير الفقهي، الفقه.

Abstract: The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed educational program based on developing the skills of jurisprudential thinking among students of the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University; To achieve its goal, the researcher used the descriptive method in reviewing previous studies, preparing the theoretical framework for the research, and building its tools, and the experimental method based on the control and experimental groups with pre- and post-tests. The research sample consisted of (70) students divided into two sections (35) students for the control group and (35) for the experimental group of third-year students from the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University in Medina. The research tools were represented in building a list of jurisprudential thinking skills, in light of which the jurisprudential thinking skills test was built. The research concluded that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (ᾱ≤0.000) between the average scores of the control and experimental groups in the post-application of the jurisprudential thinking skills test in favor of the experimental group. It also concluded that there is a correlation between the scores of the control and experimental groups in the jurisprudential thinking skills test.
