المستخلص: الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعد: فإنَّ علم أصول الفقه تعددت مصطلحاته واختلفت أوجه إطلاقها، فاحتاج الناظر فيه إلى ضبط هذه المصطلحات، ومعرفة أوجه إطلاقها. ومن أشهر هذه المصطلحات التي تعدد المراد بها: إطلاق فحوى الخطاب على مفهوم الموافقة، وقد اقتضى بحث هذا الإطلاق تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة، ومبحثين، الأول: في تعريف مفهوم الموافقة، وبيان أقسامه، وتعداد أسمائه، والثاني: في تسمية مفهوم الموافقة بفحوى الخطاب، وتحته الكلام على مناسبة التسمية، وضوابط إطلاقها. وقد توصل البحث إلى أنَّ إطلاق فحوى الخطاب على مفهوم الموافقة يتأثر بثلاثة ضوابط -هي: أن يكون المفهوم الموافق قطعيًّا، أولويًّا، مقصودًا للمتكلم- متى اجتمعت في المفهوم الموافق فإنه يطلق عليه فحوى الخطاب ويأخذ أحكامه بلا إشكال. الكلمات المفتاحية: فحوى - مفهوم - موافقة.

Abstract: All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet and his family. As for what follows, the knowledge of the principles of jurisprudence has various terms and different ways of expressing them, so the person studying it needs to clarify these terms and understand the ways they are expressed. One of the most common terms is the expression of speech in terms of agreement. This research required dividing the research into two sections: the first deals with defining the concept of agreement and its sections and names, and the second deals with naming the concept of agreement using the expression of speech and discussing its appropriateness, and the rules of expression. The research concluded that the expression of speech in terms of agreement is affected by three rules, which are that the concept of agreement must be absolute, preferential, and intended for the speaker. When these concepts of agreement are combined, the expression of speech is used, and its rules are applied without any problem. Keywords: expression, concept, agreement
