استعمال المياه المعالجة في الطهارة وأحكامه في الفقه الإسلامي

المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث أحد القضايا والنوازل المعاصرة وهو استعمال المياه المعالجة في الطهارة وأحكامه في الفقه الإسلامي، وقد اعتمدت فيه على المنهج التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة: فقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، ومنهجه، وخطته.
وجاء المبحث الأول: في التعريف بمياه الصرف الصحي، وطرق معالجتها، والمبحث الثاني: أحكام استعمال مياه الصرف الصحي في الطهارة، والمبحث الثالث: القرارات المجمعية والفتاوى في حكم استعمال مياه الصرف الصحي.
وأما الخاتمة: فقد ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث ومنها: مياه الصرف الصحي هي: عبارة عن مياه ناتجة عن استخدام الإنسان للماء في الأنشطة الحياتية العادية مثل ما يتعلق بالغسيل والتنظيف والاستنجاء ونحو ذلك، وأن هناك العديد من الطرق والمراحل التي تمر بها معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي منها: المعالجة التمهيدية، والمعالجة الأولية، والمعالجة الثانوية، والمعالجة المتقدمة، وجواز سقي النباتات والزروع بالماء النجس بشرط عدم ظهور أثر النجاسة فيها، وبعدما تبيّن هذا، أقول أنه لا مانع من استخدام مياه الصرف الصحي بعد معالجتها الأولية والثانوية في سقي النباتات والزروع بشرط توفر شرطين وهما: ألا يوجد ضرر في استخدام هذه المياه، وألا يوجد أثر للنجاسة في الزروع والنباتات، وأن العين النجسة إذا تبدلت أوصافها، وتغيرت حقيقتها وعناصرها، طهرت.
Abstract: This research deals with one of the contemporary issues and calamities, which is the use of treated water for purification and its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence. In it, I relied on the analytical and comparative approaches. The research included an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: it included the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the objectives of the research, its methodology, and its plan.
The first topic: defining wastewater and methods of treating it, the second topic: the provisions for using wastewater for purity, and the third topic: council decisions and fatwas regarding the ruling on using wastewater.
As for the conclusion: I mentioned the most important findings that I reached through this research, including: Wastewater is: water resulting from human use of water in normal life activities, such as what is related to washing, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, and the like, and that there are many methods and stages in which Wastewater treatment goes through, including: preliminary treatment, primary treatment, secondary treatment, advanced treatment, and it is permissible to water plants and crops with impure water provided that no trace of impurity appears in them. After this has been clarified, I say that there is no objection to using wastewater after primary and secondary treatment. In watering plants and crops, provided that two conditions are met: that there is no harm in using this water, and that there is no trace of impurity in the crops and plants, and that if the impure substance changes its description, and its nature and elements change, it becomes pure.
