المستخلص: يتناول البحث ملامح اقتصاديات الفقر من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي مستشهداً بما ورد في كتاب: إغاثة الأمة بكشف الغمة، لتقي الدين أحمد بن علي المقريزي المتوفى سنة 845هـ. حيث يسلط البحث الضوء على أهم الأفكار الاقتصادية التي تبناها المقريزي باعتباره رائداً من رواد الفكر الاقتصادي الإسلامي، فقد ركز في كتابه على مشاكل ومسببات الفقر والمحن والمجاعات التي حلت بمصر قبل وأثناء عصره. وتظهر أهمية البحث في كون الاقتصاد الإسلامي له السبق في تقديم الحلول المثلى في علاج مشكلة الفقر وبيان مسبباته وآثاره الاقتصادية من خلال كتب التراث الإسلامي. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها: أنَّ المقريزي يُعدُّ من أوائل الاقتصاديين العرب المسلمين الذين كتبوا في المسائل المتعلقة بالركود والكساد، وبيان المسببات للمحن والمجاعات التي حلَّت بمصر، وبيان أثر العامل النقدي المتعلق بكمية النقود وأثرها على المستوى العام للأثمان. وتوصل البحث إلى ضرورة تطبيق المنهج الإسلامي في علاج مشكلة الفقر، وأن مخالفة هذا المنهج يؤدي إلى الكثير من المشكلات الاقتصادية ومنها الفقر كما أشار لذلك المقريزي في كتابه. وهذه الدراسة إذ توصي الباحثين بمزيد العناية والبحث والتعمق في كتب التراث الإسلامي التي تناولت الدراسات الاقتصادية.

Abstract: The research deals with Features of the economics of poverty from the perspective of Islamic economics, citing what was mentioned in the book: Relief of the Nation by Uncovering the Grief, by Taqi Al-Din Ahmed bin Ali Al-Maqrizi, who died in 845 AH. Where the research sheds light on the most important economic ideas adopted by Al-Maqrizi as a pioneer of Islamic economics. The importance of the research appears in the fact that; as he focused on the problems and causes of poverty, tribulations and famines that befell Egypt before and during his era. The importance of the research appears in the fact that, Islamic economics has the lead in providing optimal solutions in treating the problem of poverty and explaining its causes and economic effects through Islamic heritage books. The research reached several results, most notably: Al-Maqrizi is considered one of the first Arab Muslim economists who wrote on issues related to stagnation and depression, explaining the causes of the hardships and famines that befell Egypt, and explaining the impact of the monetary factor related to the quantity of money and its impact on the general level of prices. The research concluded that it is necessary to apply the Islamic approach in treating the problem of poverty, and that violating this approach leads to many economic problems, including poverty, as indicated by Al-Maqrizi in his book. Researchers should pay more attention to the economic studies contained in Islamic heritage books, research them in-depth and study them carefully.
