المستخلص: عنوان البحث: اسميت هذا البحث بــــ: البلوغ الـمُبكّر عند الأطباء وأثره في التكليف (دراسة فقهية). موضوع البحث: تناولت في هذا البحث مسألة من المسائل الطبية من الناحية الفقهية وهي مسألة تأخير البلوغ المبكر وأثره في التكليف الشرعي فبينت المقصود بالبلوغ لغة واصطلاحا، وبينت المراد بالبلوغ المبكر وما هو الوقت الطبيعي للبلوغ و ماهو الوقت المبكر، وبينت علامات البلوغ عند الفقهاء والأطباء، وختمت بالأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بحكم تأخير البلوغ وأثر البلوغ المبكر في التكليف بالأحكام الشرعية. أقسام البحث: يتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة وفهارس. أما المقدمة فتشتمل على الاستهلال وأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره والدراسات السابقة وخطة البحث ومنهجي فيه. وأقسام البحث إجمالا هي: التمهيد: ويشتمل على تعريف البلوغ لغة واصطلاحا. المبحث الأول: تأصيل الجانب الطبي في مسألة البلوغ الـمُبكّر، وفيه ستة مطالب. المبحث الثاني: تأصيل الجانب الشرعي في أثر البلوغ المبكر في التكليف، وفيه أربعة مطالب.

Abstract: Research Title: Early Puberty According to the Medical Practitioners and Its Impact on Legal Liability: A Jurisprudential Study. Research Topic: This research addresses a medical issue from the jurisprudential perspective, which is the issue of the delay of early puberty and its impact on legal liability, as the concept of puberty was defined lexically and technically, and the concept of early adulthood was also clarified and the natural period of puberty and what is its early period, and the signs of puberty according to the medical practitioners and the jurists were also clarified, and the research was concluded with the jurisprudential rulings related to the ruling of the delayed puberty and the impact of the early puberty on legal liability for the Shari’ah rulings. The Research Divisions: this research is made up of an introduction, a preface, two topics, a conclusion and indexes. The introduction includes the foreword and the significance of the topic and its reason for choosing it, the literature studies, the research plan and the methodology followed. Generally, the divisions of the research are: the preface: including the definition of puberty lexically and technically. The first topic: The origination of the medical part on the issue of early puberty, which includes six sub-topics. The second topic: The origination of the technical part of the impact of early puberty on legal liability, which includes four sub-topics.
