المستخلص: الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وآله وصحبه ومن والاه، وبعد: فهذا البحث يتضمن دراسة وتحقيق منظومة عُمدة العرفان في وصف حروف القرآن، للإمام حمد الله بن خير الدين الرومي (ت 983هـ). ويُعنى نص المنظومة بموضوع تجويد القرآن الكريم، من خلال نظم مسائل علم التجويد، كمخارج الحروف وصفاتها، وأحكام التفخيم والترقيق للحروف الهجائية، والمد والقصر، والوقف والابتداء، والمقطوع والموصول، وغير ذلك. ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحقيق هذه المنظومة، وفق منهجية تجمع في قسم الدراسة بين منهجين: الوصفي والتحليلي، بحسب ما تقتضيه طبيعة المادة العلمية موضع الدراسة، وتقدم النص المحقق مضبوطًا مصحَّحًا وفق منهج التحقيق الذي قرره علماء التحقيق وأساتذة علم المخطوطات. وتتلخص أهم نتائج البحث فيما يلي: 1 ) تُعد منظومة عمدة العرفان في وصف حروف القرآن للإمام حمد الله بن خير الدين الرومي من كتب التجويد المهمة في عصره، وفي الديار التركية تحديدًا، ولمكانته وكفاءته دور جليل في ذلك. 2 ) تُنبئ منظومة عمدة العرفان في وصف حروف القرآن عن قدرة الإمام حمد الله الرومي على التأليف نظمًا ونثرًا. 3 ) اعتمد الإمام حمد الله الرومي في نظمه على كتابين من أشهر كتب التجويد، حيث تابع في الوزن والقافية الإمامَ أبا مزاحم الخاقاني (325هـ) في رائيته، وتابع في عرض المسائل العلمية الإمامَ ابن الجزري (ت833هـ) في المقدمة الجزرية. وتتلخص أهم توصيات البحث فيما يلي: 1 ) حصر مؤلفات الإمام حمد الله بن خير الدين الرومي في علم القراءات والتجويد، وإظهار قيمتها العلمية، حيث لم تطبع مؤلفاته من قبل - بحسب علمي - ، وبيان منزلته العلمية من خلال تعدد مؤلفاته وتنوعها، وإبراز اختياراته فيها. وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على نبينا محمد، وآله وصحبه.

Abstract: Praise and glory be to Allah and peace and mercy of Allah be upon our prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions, and those who followed him. This research includes the study and verification of the poem: “Umdat Al-Irfan Fee Wasf Huruf Al-Quran” by Al-Imam Hamdullah Ibn Khayr Al-Din Al-Rumi (d. 983 AH). The text of the poem is concerned about tajweed of Holy Quran (elocution/ rules of recitation of the Qur’an) and its aspects, presented in poetic style, aspects such as makhārij al-ḥurūf (Articulation points of letters), sifaat al-huruf (characteristics of articulation), rulings of elevation and lowering letters, prolongation and shortening, rules of pausing and initiating recitation, joined and separated words, and other related aspects. The aim of this study is to investigate and study the poem, according to the combined methodology of using descriptive and analytical approach, based on the suitability of the topic of study, the investigated text will be corrected and vowelized according to the well-established methodology recommended by scientists of manuscripts. The main findings of the study are: 1- The book “Umdat Al 'Irfan Fee Wasf Huruf Al-Quran” by Al-Imam Hamdullah Ibn Khayr Al-Din Al-Rumi is considered as one of the most significant books in Al-Tajweed field due to the major contribution made by the book’s author. 2- The book “Umdat Al 'Irfan Fee Wasf Huruf Al-Quran” shows the great academic ability of the author Al-Imam Hamdullah Al-Rumi to write in both poetic and prose style. 3- The author Al-Imam Hamdullah Al-Rumi relied on two of the most popular books in Al-Tajweed field which are Al-Ra’iyya by Abu Muzahim Al-Khaaqaani (d. 325 AH) and Al-Muqaddimah Al-Jazariyah by Al-Imam Ibn Al-Jazari (d. 833 AH. The key recommendations are: Identifying all the written works of Al-Imam Hamdullah Ibn Khayr Al-Din Al-Rumi in Al-Qira'at and Al-Tajweed fields and recognizing their academic values, as none of his works has been published yet – base on my knowledge-, identify his academic status through his numerous and diverse works, as well as knowing his selections.
