المستخلص: مستخلص البحث عبارة عن دراسة وتحقيق لكتاب "قدس الأسرار في اختصار المنار" لناصر الدين القونوي الحنفي المعروف بابن الربوة المتوفى سنة764ه من أول الكتاب إلى نهايته. وهو مختصر لكتاب المنار للنسفي والذي يعد من أهم مصنفات أصول الفقه عند الحنفية، ومؤلفه علم من أعلام الفن عند الحنفية أيضا. وقد قسمت البحث إلى قسمين: تناولت في القسم الأول الجانب الدراسي لشخصية المؤلف من حيث اسمه ونسبه ومولده ووفاته وشيوخه وتلاميذه ومؤلفاته ومكانته العلمية، وكذلك الجانب المتعلق بالكتاب المحقق من حيث اسمه ونسبته لمؤلفه ونسخ مخطوطه ومنهج مؤلفه فيه. وتناولت في القسم الثاني الجانب التحقيقي للكتاب والذي يبدأ من أول الكتاب إلى آخره، مقابلا على ثلاث نسخ خطية، قوبلت إحداهن على نسخة المؤلف في حياته. ويتناول النص المحقق: مقدمة المؤلف، وباب الأمر والنهي، وحروف المعاني، والعام والخاص، وباب السنة، وباب الإجماع، وباب القياس والعلل، وباب التعارض والدفع، وباب الترجيح، وفصل في بيان الأهلية. وقد سلكت منهج التوثيق والتعليق وإخراج النص إخراجا صحيحا كما أراده مؤلفه، من خلال منهج علمي بينته في مقدمة هذا البحث، ثم ختمت البحث بثبت المصادر والمراجع. الكلمات المفتاحية: (قدس، القونوي، ابن الربوة، المنار، الأسرار ).

Abstract: The research consists of a study and investigation of the book “Quds Al-Asraar fi Ikhtisaar Al-Manar” by Nasiruddin Al-Qunawi al-Hanafi, known as Ibn al-Rabwah, who died in the year 764 AH, from the beginning of the book to the end. It is a summary of the book Al-Manar by Al-Nassafi, which is considered one of the most important compilations of the principles of jurisprudence of the Hanafi school of thought, and its author is a famous scholar among the hanafis as well. The research was divided into two parts: in the first section I dealt with the scholarly aspect of the author’s personality in terms of his name, lineage, birth, death, elders, students, writings, and scientific standing, as well as the aspect related to the book investigated in terms of his name and attribution to its author, copies of its manuscript and the methodology of its author therein. In the second section, I dealt with the investigative aspect of the book, which starts from the beginning of the book to the end, as comparing it to three handwritten copies, one of whom was compared with the author’s copy during his lifetime The verified text deals with: the author’s introduction, the chapter on do's and don'ts, the letters of meanings, the general and the specific, the chapter on the Sunnah, the chapter on consensus, the chapter on Analogy and reasons, the chapter on contradiction and debunking, the chapter on out-weighing, and a chapter on explanation of eligibility. I followed the method of documenting, commenting and producing the text correctly as its author wanted it, through a scientific method that I showed in the introduction to this research, then I concluded the research by confirming the sources and references.
