المستخلص: عنوان البحث: أثر الفائدة في تقرير الأحكام النَّحوية، قراءةٌ في آراء النَّحويين وشواهدهم. فكرته ومنهجه: يرتكز هذا البحث على جمع المسائل النَّحوية التي اختلف فيها النُّحاة وعلَّقوا الحكمَ عليها باشتراط الفائدة، ويناقش آراء النحويين فيها واعتراضاتهم، كما يستعرض العِلل النحوية واللغوية التي علَّل بها كلُّ فريق لرأيه ومذهبه، مع الاهتمام بالشواهد والأدلَّة التي احتجَّ بها كلُّ رأي على اختلافها، وذلك من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفيّ التَّحليلي في تأصيل تلك المسائل وتفصيلها. أهدافه: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان اهتمام علماء النَّحو بالأبنية والتراكيب، ودِقَّتهم في إصدار الأحكام النَّحوية عليها، والتأكيد على أهميَّة الدلالة وضرورة تحقُّق الفائدة في كلُّ جملةٍ وتركيب لغويّ؛ لإمضاء القواعد النَّحوية وتقريرها بناء على الألفاظ والأساليب المسموعة عن العرب، كما يركَّز البحثُ على إظهار دور العِلَّة وأثرها في تأييد الأحكام والآراء النَّحوية، كما أنه يهدف إلى استعراض هذه المسائل باستقراء تاريخيّ وتأصيل عِلميّ، من خلال آراء علماء اللغة المتقدمين والمتأخرين المبثوثة فيها. نتائجه: من أبرز ما خرج به البحث هو فاعِليَّة اشتراط قيد الفائدة في هذه الأحكام؛ لأنَّ مِن الجمل والتراكيب ما يندرج تحت موضوع عِلم النَّحو -وهو الكلام المفيد- من حيث الصَّنعة النَّحوية اللفظية، إلَّا أن في دلالاتها إبهامًا أو ضعفا، فيأتي اشتراطُ قيد الفائدة معيارا احترازيا لقبول ذلك التركيب، كما تظهر أهميَّة توسيع دائرة النَّظر وتعميمها حول السّياق وارتباط المفردات في توجيه الدلالة، ودور ذلك في تقليل احتمالية الدّلالات المبهمة، وأهمية العلاقة بين المتكلم والمخاطب، ودورها في تحقُّق الفائدة بأقل الألفاظ وأيسر الأساليب، بالإضافة إلى دور حروف المعاني والأدوات في توجيه دلالات المفردات في سياقاتها المختلفة؛ لكونها من العوامل التي يتحقق من خلالها اشتراطُ قيد الإفادة، ويظهر كذلك ارتباطُ الفائدة والدلالة ارتباطا وثيقا بجميع رُتَب الكلام وأنواعه، المعارف والنكرات، العُمَد والفضلات، في جميع الأساليب، كالعموم والخصوص وغير ذلك.

Abstract: Title of the Research: The Impact of Benefit in Determining Grammatical Rulings: A Reading of the Opinions of the Grammarians and Their Proofs. Its Idea and Methodology: This research is based on collecting the grammatical issues which were disputed by the grammarians and which they hinge ruling on them on the condition of benefit, and it discusses the opinions and objections of the grammarians therein, it also reviews the grammatical and linguistic effective causes (‘Ilal) that each group used in justifying its opinion and school of thought, while giving due attention to the various proofs and evidence that each opinion used. This was done through the inductive descriptive-analytical approach in basically analyzing and detailing these issues. Objectives: This research aims to show the attention given to structures and sentences by the scholars of grammar, and their precision in passing grammatical rulings on them, and to emphasize the importance and of connotation (Dalālāt) and the need of achieving benefit in every sentence and linguistic structure. This is in order to approve grammatical rules and determine them based on the vocabulary and methods heard from the Arabs. The research also focuses on showing the role of the effective cause and its effect in reiterating the grammatical rulings and opinions, and it aims to review these issues with historical extrapolation and scientific basic analysis, through the elaborate opinions of the past and later linguists on them. Findings: One of the most significant findings of the research is the effectiveness of the condition of benefit in these issues. Because some of these sentences and structures fall under the topic of the science of grammar - which is the useful speech- in terms of the art of verbal syntax, except that their connotations are either ambiguous or weak, hence the condition of the benefit comes as a precautionary criterion for accepting that structure. Also, the importance of expanding the scope of consideration and generalizing it around the context and the connection between vocabularies in directing the connotation, and its role in reducing the possibility of ambiguous connotations, and the importance of the relationship between the speaker and the addressee, and its role in realizing benefit with few words and in the easiest way, in addition to the role of the meaningful characters (Hurūf al-Ma‘ānī) and the tools (al-adawāt) in directing the connotations of the vocabularies in its various contexts; because it is one of the factors through which the condition of benefit is satisfied. Also, the strong correlation between benefit and connotation is illuminated by collecting the categories of speech and its types, like the definite and the indefinite articles, the lexical and the auxiliaries, in all methods, such as the general and the specific and so on.
