فاعلية برنامج قائم على المدخل التواصلي لتنمية مهارة المحادثة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى

المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد قائمة بمهارات المحادثة اللازمة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وبناء برنامج قائم على المدخل التواصلي لتنمية مهارات المحادثة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وقياس فاعليته. وتحددت مشكلة البحث في الأسئلة الآتية:
1- ما مهارات المحادثة اللازمة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى؟
2- ما صورة برنامج قائم على المدخل التواصلي لتنمية مهارة المحادثة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى ؟
3- ما فاعلية برنامج قائم على المدخل التواصلي في تنمية مهارة المحادثة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى ؟
واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، كما استخدم التصميم التجريبي القائم على المجموعة الواحدة مع التطبيقين القبلي، والبعدي. وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالباً من طلاب المستوى الثالث. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعد الباحث استبانة لتحديد مهارات المحادثة اللازمة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى (المستوى الثالث) وثم تصميم برنامج قائم على المدخل التواصلي لتنمية مهارات المحادثة، كما تم إعداد بطاقة الملاحظة لقياس هذه المهارات، واستخدم الباحث عدداً من الأساليب الإحصائية للوصول إلى نتائج البحث منها: (المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ، وحجم الأثر، والدلالة الإحصائية sig، واختبار "ت" Paired-Sample T Test).
وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ما يأتي:
1- تم التوصل إلى قائمة بمهارات المحادثة اللازمة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بالجامعة الإسلامية، تضمنت ثلاث مهارات رئيسة انبثق عنها ثلاث عشرة مهارة فرعية.
2- وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا، عند مستوى دلالة(0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المتعلمين في التطبيقين: القبلي، والبعدي في النتيجة الكلية لبطاقة الملاحظة، لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
3- وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا، عند مستوى دلالة(0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المتعلمين في التطبيقين: القبلي، والبعدي في نتيجة كل محور من محاور بطاقة الملاحظة، لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
4- أن قيمة حجم التأثير باستخدام معادلة كارل قد تجاوزت نسبة (0.8) مما يدل على أن استخدام المدخل التواصلي قد أدى إلى تأثير كبير في تنمية مهارات المحادثة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها قدم الباحث عددًا من التوصيات والمقترحات التي قد تسهم في تنمية مهارات المحادثة.
Abstract: The present research aims to prepare a list of the conversational skills needed for Arabic language learners of other languages' speakers، and to build a program based on the communicative approach to develop the conversational skills of the Arabic language learners of other languages' speakers and to measure its effectiveness.
The search problem was identified in the following questions:
1- What are the conversation skills required for Arabic language learners speaking other languages?
2- What is the image of a program based on the communicative approach to develop the conversation skills of Arabic language learners speaking other languages?
3- What is the effectiveness of a program based on the communicative approach in developing the conversation skills of Arabic language learners speaking other languages?
The researcher used the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach. He also used the experimental design based on one group with the two applications, pre and post. The research sample consisted of (30) students from the third level. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to determine the conversation skills needed for Arabic language learners speaking other languages (level three) and then design a program based on the communicative approach to develop conversation skills, and a note card was prepared to measure these skills, and the researcher used a number of statistical methods to access the research results, including (medium Arithmetic, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, effect size, sig, and Paired-Sample T Test).
The research reached several results، the most important of which are the following:
1- A list of the conversational skills needed for Arabic language learners in other languages' speakers at the Institute for the Teaching of Arabic Language for Non-Speakers at the Islamic University، which included three main skills that resulted in thirteen sub-skills.
2-There is a statistically significant difference، at a level of (0.01) between the average grades of learners in the applications: tribal، and post-total score of the observation card، in favor of the post-application.
3 - There is a statistically significance difference، at the level of (0.01) between the average grades of learners in the applications: tribal and remote in the result of each axis of the note card، in favor of the post-application.
4- The value of the magnitude of the effect using the Carl equation has exceeded the ratio (0.8) indicating that the use of the communication input has led to a significant impact on the development of conversational skills among the Arabic language learners of other languages' speakers.
In the light of the results reached، the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions that may contribute to the development of conversation skills
