المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معالجة موضوع في غاية الأهمية؛ حيث أن الإنسان في هذه الحياة معرَّض لكثير من الآفات والشرور، والعين مما يكثر وقوعه، بل هي سبب بعد قضاء الله وقدره في موت كثير من أمة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. ولأهمية هذا الأمر من حيث وجوده: هل يقع هذا؟ أم لا؟ وهل تؤثر العين بحيث يظهر أثر ذلك على جسد المعيون؟ وإن كان كذلك فأصيب بالعين هل بالإمكان التداوي منه؟ وحصول الشفاء بإذن الله؟ وهل يمكن للمسلم أن يتقيه؟ ومن أجل الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات، جاءت فكرة البحث؛ حيث جمع الباحث فيه الأحاديث الواردة في هذا الباب، وقام بتخريجها، وشرحها، وذكر كلام أهل العلم فيها. واختتم الباحث بخاتمة ذكر فيها أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها من خلال هذا البحث، ومنها: أن العين حق مؤثرة في المعيون، وأن العين أكثر ما تكون بسبب الحسد، وقد تكون بسبب الإعجاب، وأن الإنسان قد يعين نفسه، وماله، وولده، وأن من أسباب السلامة من العين المحافظة على الأذكار والأوراد الشرعية، وأن أفضل ما يتعوذ به سورة المعوذتين.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to address a very important topic, since man in this life is exposed to many calamities and evils, and the evil eye one of the most rampant dangers, after the predestination of Allaah; it is the cause of the death of a vast majority among the nation of the Prophet peace be upon him. Due to the significance of this topic regarding its reality: Does it really happen? or not? Does the evil eye affect so that its impact is seen on the body of the victim? If this is the case, can the victim be treated from the affliction of the evil eye? And get healed, Allaah willing? Is it possible for a Muslim to safeguard him or herself from it? The idea of this research was to find answers to these questions. In this paper, the researcher gathered hadiths that were reported in relation to the topic, and investigated them, and explained them, and he mentioned the sayings of scholars regarding them. The researcher concluded with a conclusion where he mentioned the most important findings reached through this research, Including: that the evil eye is truly influences its victim, and that the evil eye is most because of envy, and may be because of admiration, and that a person may inflict evil eye on himself, his money, and his child, and that the one of the ways of safeguarding oneself against the evil eye is to observe the permissible adhkaars and supplications regularly, and that the best supplication against evils is the two Chapters of protection (Al-Falaq and An-Naas).
