المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى جمع الأحاديث النبوية الواردة في الابتلاء، ودراستها، والحكم عليها. اتّبعتُ المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي في البحث، وذلك بتتبّع الأحاديث الواردة في الموضوع مع تخريجها، والحكم على ما ليس في الصحيحن منها، وتوضيح ألفاظها ومعانيها. يتكوّن البحث من مقدّمة، ومبحثين، وتحت كل مبحث مطالب، وخاتمة ذكرتُ فيها أبرز النتائج التي توصّلتُ إليها. ومن هذه النتائج: أن الابتلاء على قدر الإيمان؛ فيشتد مع قوته ويضعف مع رِقته، وأن السعيد من جنّب الفتن ومن إذا ابتلي صبر، ومشروعية التعوّذ من الابتلاء، وفضل الدعاء وأثره على ردّ البلاء، أو تخفيفه، وفضل تربية البنات، والصبر عليهن، وأنهن حجابًا من النار.

Abstract: This research aims to collect, study and rule on the hadiths mentioned in relation to affliction. I followed the inductive and descriptive approach in the research, by tracing the hadiths mentioned on the subject with their takhreej, ruling on those in books other than the Saheehayn, and clarifying their texts and their meanings. The research consists of an introduction, two sections, and under each topic there are sub-sections and a conclusion where I mentioned the most prominent findings of the research. These findings include: that affliction comes based on the level of one's faith, it strengthens with his strength and weakens with his weakness, and that the virtuous is the one who avoids temptation and exercises patience if he is afflicted, and the permissibility of seeking refuge of Allaah from affliction, the virtue of prayer and its effect on preventing calamity, or its mitigation, the virtue of raising girls, and being patient with them, and that they are shield from the fire. .
