المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث ترجمة مختصرة للإمام أبي حاتم محمد بن حبان، ثم دراسة نظرية تطبيقية للأحاديث التي تكلم عليها في كتابه: ((رَوضة العُقلاءِ))، واستقراء أحكامه عليها وعلى رواتها، وذلك لأن كلامه على الأحاديث في كتابه هذا لم يحظ بالعناية مع كثرة من تصدّى لدراسة منهج الإمام ابن حِبّان في تعليل الأحاديث، وفي الحكم على الرواة. وقد تبين من خلال هذا البحث أن عدد ما أعله خمسة أحاديث، وما تكلم عليه بدفع العلة المتوهمة فيه حديثٌ واحدٌ، وما حكم عليه بحكم كُليٍّ حديثٌ واحدٌ لم يذكر مَخرَجه، وقد خَرَّجه الباحث من طريق تسعة من الصحابة، وما حكم بعدم الاحتجاج على تسعِ رواة رووا أحاديث في باب واحد لا تصح، كما تناول البحث مقارنة أحكام ابن حبّان على الأحاديث والرواة بأحكام غيره من العلماء. وقد تبين كذلك من خلال هذا البحث أن أحكامه على الأحاديث جاءت متنوعة، وتعددت العلل التي وجهها لتلك الروايات، وتبين صحة ما ذهب إليه من تلك الأحكام، إلا في موضعٍ واحدٍ حيث جانبه فيه الصواب، وقد استعمل ابن حِبّان الأحكام الكلية على الأحاديث الواردة في الباب، وتبين كذلك صحة حكمه في ذلك وموافقة العلماء له فيه.

Abstract: This research deals with a brief biography of Imam Abu Hatim Muhammad bin Hibban, then a theoretical study of the Ahadith that were dealt with in his book: (Raudat Al-Aqolaa '), and extrapolated his rulings on them and their narrators, his speech on the Ahadith in his book did not receive attention with many, despite the fact that many have addressed the study of Imam Ibn Hibban's approach to unauthentic Ahadith, and in judging the narrators. It has shown through this research that the number of Ahadith he found unauthentic were five, and he defended one hadith to be authentic though some found unauthentic, and he gave total judgment in one hadeeth and did not mention its output, and the researcher produced it through nine of the Companions, and his verdict against nine narrators who narrated AHadith in one chapter was invalid, as the research deals with comparing verdicts of Ibn Hibban on hadiths and narrators with the verdicts of other scholars. It has also shown through this research that his verdicts on hadiths came in a variety of ways, he was correct on his verdicts except for one place where he was erroneous, and Ibn Habban used total verdicts on the Ahadith mentioned in the chapter, it also showed the validity of his verdict on that and the approval of the scholars in it.
