المستخلص: المسائل الفقهية المستجدة في الجنائز المتعلقة بوباء كورونا المستجد (COVID -19) بحثت فيه ما يتعلق بمستجدات الجنائز بسبب كورونا المستجد، وذكرت فيه مسألة التزاحم على أجهزة التنفس، وإطلاق وصف الشهادة على من مات بسبب هذا المرض، وتجهيز الميت بهذا الوباء، وغسله، وتكفينه، والصلاة عليه، ودفنه وما يتعلق بها من مستجدات، والعجز عن تنفيذ الوصية بالدفن في مكان آخر، وحرق جثث الموتى بهذا الوباء. ثم ختمت بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.

Abstract: New Jurisprudence Issues related to the New Corona Epidemic at Funerals (COVID-19) I discussed what had to do with the funeral developments due to the new corona, and mentioned the issue of crowding over respiratory apparatus, describing the testimony to those who died as a result of this disease, preparing the dead with this epidemic, washing, wrapping, praying on it, Burying it and related changes, and not being able to fulfill The right to be buried elsewhere and the burning of dead bodies in this epidemic. Then I ended with a statement that made reference to the most significant findings.
