المستخلص: للإسلام أصول وقواعد تبنى عليها المقاصد والأحكام ومن ذلك هذه القاعدة الأصولية من القواعد الخمس الكبرى (الأمور بمقاصدها)،ولذلك فإن مقاصد وغايات المحافظة على البيئة وحمايتها في الإسلام قبل أي شريعة وحضارة من الحضارات مطلب شرعي، لأنه دين شامل وكامل أرسى الأسس والقواعد والمبادئ التي تحافظ على علاقة الإنسان ببيئته لتحقيق التوازن بين الأنسان والبيئة المحيطة من حوله، ومما يجدر ذكره أن قضية البيئة وما تعانيه من تدهور واستنزاف وسوء استخدام أصبحت من القضايا الملحة في عالمنا المعاصر بعد ظهور بوادر مشكلات بيئية لا طاقة للبشرية بها .

Abstract: Islam has origins and rules on which the purposes and provisions are built, including this fundamental rule of the five major rules (things with their purposes), and therefore the purposes and objectives of preserving and protecting the environment in Islam before any law and civilization of civilizations is a legitimate requirement, because it is a comprehensive and complete religion that has established the foundations, rules and principles that maintain the relationship of man with his environment to achieve a balance between man and the surrounding environment around him, and it is worth mentioning that the issue of the environment and its degradation, depletion and misuse has become one of the urgent issues In our contemporary world, after the emergence of signs of environmental problems that humanity cannot energy with.
