المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقويم جهود الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة في ضمان جودة التعليم والتعلم إبان جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1441هـ من وجهة نظر الطلاب الدوليين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتعرف أهم المشكلات التعليمية التي واجهتهم في تلك الفترة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأُعد استبيان للكشف عن رضا الطلاب الدوليين، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو جهود الجامعة والمشكلات التعليمية في تلك الفترة، طُبِّقَ على عينة ممثلة من الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جميع الجهات الأكاديمية بالجامعة بلغت (536) من الطلاب الدوليين، و(287) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيًا استُخدِمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والوزن النسبي واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين وتحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه ومربع كاي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة رضا الطلاب الدوليين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس عن مجموع الجهود الجامعة على أداة الدراسة ومجالاتها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة حيث بلغت (٨٠,٣٦ %) بنسبة (83.67%) عند أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وبنسبة (78.59%) عند الطلاب الدوليين.كما أظهرت النتائج أن المشكلات التي واجهها الطلاب الدوليون وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في العملية التعليمية على أداة الدراسة ومجالاتها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة حيث كانت نسبة إجمالي مجموع المشكلات (70.78%)، وبلغت نسبة (73.74%) عند الطلاب الدوليين ونسبة (83.67%) عند أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث تصورًا مقترحًا يتألف من أربع مراحل أساسية هي: مرحلة التهيؤ والتكيف، ومرحلة المواجهة والاستمرارية، ومرحلة التقويم والتحسين، ومرحلة التطوير والإبداع يمكن من خلالها ضمان جودة معيار التعليم والتعلم في الجامعة الإسلامية وغيرها من مؤسسات التعليم العالي خلال جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد وغيرها من الجوائح أو الأزمات الطارئة.

Abstract: The current study aimed to evaluate the efforts of the Islamic University of Madinah in ensuring the quality of teaching and learning during the pandemic of the new Corona virus in the second semester of the academic year 1441 AH from the viewpoint of international students and faculty members, and identifies the most important educational problems that they faced in that period. To achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive and analytical approach, and a questionnaire was prepared to reveal the satisfaction of international students and faculty members towards the university's efforts and educational problems during that period. It was applied to a representative sample of students and faculty members in all academic institutions at the university amounting to (536) students International staff, and (287) faculty members. To treat the data statistically, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, relative weight, and (T) test were used for two independent samples and one-way analysis of variance. The results of the study showed that the degree of satisfaction of international students and faculty members with the total efforts of the university on the study tool and its fields was high, reaching (80.36). (%) (83.67%) for faculty members, and (78.59%) for international students. The results also showed that the problems that international students and faculty members faced in the educational process on the study tool and its fields came to a moderate degree, where the percentage of the total number of problems was (70.78%), the percentage of (73.74%) among international students and the percentage of (83.67%) among the members of the faculty. Teaching. In light of these results, the researcher presented a proposed scenario consisting of four basic stages: the preparation and adaptation phase, the confrontation and continuity phase, the evaluation and improvement phase, and the development and creativity phase through which the quality of the teaching and learning standard can be ensured in the Islamic University and other higher education institutions during the Coronavirus Pandemic Emergencies and other pandemics or emergency crises.
