المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث بوضع جداول فقهية لما حوته كتب الإجارة , والجعل, والقراض من كتاب بداية المجتهد ونهاية المقتصد لابن رشد الحفيد:- المنهج المتبع الاستقرائي ويشتمل الكتاب الأول: كتاب الإجارة على بابين. الباب الأول: في حكم الإجارة وأنواعها، وشروط الصحة والفساد فيها. الباب الثاني: في معرفة أحكام الإجارة. موجبات عقد الإجارة، ولوازمه من غير حدوث طارئ عليه، وأحكام الطوارئ، وهي معرفة موجبات الضمان وعدمه، ومعرفة وجوب الفسخ وعدمه، ومعرفة حكم الاختلاف. الكتاب الثاني: كتاب الجعل الكتاب الثالث: كتاب القراض ويشتمل على ثلاثة أبواب :- الباب الأول: في محله. الباب الثاني: في شروطه. الباب الثالث: في أحكامه. ومن اهم نتائج البحث عمل جداول فقهية لكتاب كتاب الإجارة والجعل والقراض

Abstract: (Abstract) This research is concerned with setting tables for what was included in the books of Ijara, Ja`al, and Qarad from the book Bidaya al-Mujtahid wa Nihayat al-Muqtasid by Ibn Rushd the Grandson: - The first book: The Leasing Book includes two chapters. The first chapter: the ruling on leasing and its types, and the conditions for validity and corruption. The second chapter: On knowing the provisions of the lease, in the obligations of the lease contract, and its requirements without an emergency occurrence, and the emergency provisions, which are knowledge of the obligations and the lack of security, knowledge of the necessity and absence of termination, and knowledge of the ruling of disagreement. The second book: The Book of Scarification The third book: The Book of Traps and it includes three chapters: - Part I: In its place. Chapter Two: In its terms. Chapter Three: In its provisions.
