هدف البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع برنامج تدريبي قائم على معايير الجودة لتنمية مهارة تنفيذ دروس العلوم الشرعية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وإحساس بالمشكلة، ومشكلة البحث، وأسئلته، وأهدافه، وحدوده، وأدواته، ومصطلحاته، وأهميته، ومن ثم جاء الإطار النظري في محورين: الأول خاص بالبرامج التدريبية لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، والثاني مهارات التدريس اللازمة لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وفي ختام الإطار النظري ذكر الباحث تعقيبا عليه، ثم استعرض الباحث إجراءات البحث، استخدم البحث المنهجين الآتيين: المنهج الوصفي في كتابة الإطار النظري للبحث، ووصف إجراءاته، وإعداد أدواته، والمنهج شبه التجريبي: في تطبيق تجربة البحث على المعلمين، الذي تكونت عينة البحث من (19) معلماً من معلمي العلوم الشرعية في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وقد روعي عند اختيار العينة أن يكونوا من المعلمين المستهدف تدريبهم على مهارات التدريس.
وختاما توصل البحث الحالي إلى قائمة مهارات تنفيذ دروس العلوم الشرعية لدى معلمي العلوم الشرعية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، تضمنت سبعة مهارات فرعية، تفرع عنها 69 مؤشرا، وهذه المهارات روعي عند تدريب معلمي العلوم الشرعية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى أن تكون مرتبة ترتيبا منطقيا من ناحية ، وأن تكون قابلة للتطبيق المباشر من ناحية أخرى، ثم جاء توصيات البحث، ومقترحاته.

Research Title: The Effectiveness of Quality Standards-Based Program in Developing Teaching Skills of Islamic Studies Teachers who teaches Arabic Language to Other Languages Speakers.
Significance of the Research: The significance of the research is to explore the effectiveness of the quality standards-based program in developing teaching skills of Islamic Studies teachers who teaches Arabic language to other languages speakers. The research was structured in an introduction, statement of the problem, research questions, the purpose of the research and the limitation of the research. In addition, the research instrument, terminology and the research significance. Furthermore, the theoretical framework consisted of two focuses, the first was considering the training programs for Islamic Studies teachers who teaches Arabic Language to Other Languages Speakers. The second was regarding the necessary skills for Islamic Studies teachers who teaches Arabic Language to Other Languages Speakers.
Moreover, the researcher mentioned the research procedures, population and sample and the methodology which was followed within the research.
In conclusion, the research results concluded to a list of skills in implementing the Islamic studies lessons for Islamic Studies teachers who teaches Arabic Language to Other Languages Speakers. The list consisted of seven skills which were divided into 96 indexes. It was taken into consideration to list these skills while training Islamic Studies teachers who teaches Arabic Language to Other Languages Speakers in a logical order and to assure, they were applicable for direct implementation. Furthermore, the researcher mentioned afterwards the research recommendations, practical implications and references.
