المستخلص: دور السياسة الجنائية في مكافحة جريمة الابتزاز الإلكتروني في المملكة العربية السعودية في الشريعة الإسلامية والنظام (دراسة مقارنة). الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه اجمعين. وبعد. تعد ثورة الاتصالات الحديثة وانتشار الشبكات المعلوماتية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي من النعم العظيمة في عالمنا المعاصر حيث استفاد ويستفيد منها المجتمع في مختلف المجالات العلمية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وغيرها لأنه من سنة الله في كونه التطور والتقدم. إلا أن هذه النعمة العظيمة في بعض الاحيان تستغل استغلال سيء من بعض ضعاف النفوس في ارتكاب بعض الجرائم المعلوماتية منها جريمة الابتزاز الإلكتروني وهذه الجريمة انتشرت في الآونة الاخيرة مع انتشار الوسائل الحديثة كالجوالات ومواقع التوصل الاجتماعي مثل (الواتساب) و (الفيس بوك) وغيرها وهي ممكن ارتكابها من الجنسين سواء اكان الجاني من الذكور أو الاناث ويكون الضحية فيها ايضا من الجنسين واكثرها الاناث وذلك إما للكسب المادي للحصول على الاموال والجنس أو للكسب المعنوي للاستمتاع بتعذيب ضحيته. ولأن المملكة العربية دستورها الشريعة الإسلامية فقد فعلت السياسة الجنائية بإصدار نظام الجرائم المعلوماتية للقضاء على هذه المظاهر السالبة ومن بينها جريمة الابتزاز الإلكتروني. ومن هنا اردت أن اظهر دور المملكة العربية السعودية في التصدي لهذه الظاهرة وذلك من خلال مقارنته بالشريعة الإسلامية. اسال الله التوفيق والحمد والشكر لله.

Abstract: The role of the criminal policy in the fight against the crime of extortion، mail in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Islamic law system and Comparative Study Praise be to God and prayer and peace be upon His Messengers Prophet Muhammad، his family and his family and companions After The modern communications revolution and the spread of information networks and the means of social communication of the great blessings in our contemporary world where the advantage and benefit of the community in various scientific fields، political، economic، social and others because it is the law of Allah in being development and progress. But this great sometimes grace exploit exploit the bad from some weak souls to commit some IT crimes، including the crime of mail extortion and the crime has spread recently with the spread of modern means mobiles and social reach sites like (whatsapp) and (Facebook) and others and is possible to commit sex offender، whether male or female and the victim is also where most of the sexes and females and then either physical gain to get the money and sex to win the moral to enjoy torturing his victim. And because the Saudi constitution sharia criminal policy has done the issuance of IT crimes system to eliminate these negative aspects and including the crime of extortion-mail. And from here I wanted to show the role of Saudi Arabia in response to this phenomenon and through compared to Islamic law. I ask God to reconcile and praise and thanks to God.
