المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق كتاب القواعد لوليّ الدين الملّوي، وتقديم دراسة عنه وعن مؤلِّفه.
ويعنى هذا الكتاب ببيان القواعد الفقهية التي عليها مدار مذهب الإمام الشافعي والقواعد المندرجة تحتها، وقد بلغت القواعد الكبرى عن الملّوي ست قواعد.
وقد اتبعت في القسم الدراسي من هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، كما التزمت بإخراج نص المخطوط وفق قواعد التحقيق المتبعة.
ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: تقديم دراسية وافية عن المؤلِّف، كما أنّ الدراسة قد أثبتت صحة نسبة الكتاب إلى مؤلفه وبيّنت الدراسة منهج الملّوي فيه، والقيمة العلمية للكتاب، وهي تتمثل في: براعة المصنِّف في بيان وجوه أمثلة القواعد، وكثرة الفروع الفقهية، وجودة ترتيبها، وقد ظهر أثر هذه القيمة في استفادة بعض العلماء من هذا الكتاب والنقل عنه في مصنفاتهم.
كما أن الباحث حاول إخراج نص المؤلف إخراجاً علمياً كما أراده مؤلفه أو قريباً من ذلك.
Abstract: This research aims to investigate the book titled "Al-Qawā‘id" by Waliyyuddeen Al-Mallawi, and to present a study on it and its author.
This book is focuses on explaining the jurisprudential maxims that encapsulates the Imam Al-Shafi’i school of thought including the offshoot maxims contained therein. The total primary maxims according to Al-Mallawi are six.
In the study section of this research, I followed the analytical inductive approach, and committed to producing the text of the manuscript according to the established rules of investigation.
Among the most prominent findings of the research: a thorough study of the author, as well as the study has proven the validity of ascribing the book to the author and the study showed the Mallawi's approach in it, and the scientific value of the book, which is represented in: The author's proficiency in explaining the various examples of the maxims, the large number of juristic rulings, and the quality of its arrangement. The effect of this value was apparent in the benefit of some scholars from this book and the reference to it in their works.
The researcher also tried to produce the text of the author scientifically as desired by its author or close to that.
