المستخلص: تناول البحث المسائل الأصولية الموصوفة بالإهمال أو قلة الذكر في كتب أصول الفقه، إذ إن الناظر في كتب الأصول يجد تفاوتا بين علماء أصول الفقه في تناول مسائل هذا العلم كما وكيفا، مما أدى إلى خفاء كثير منها على كثير من الباحثين ولذا كان من الأهمية بمكان تتبع هذه المسائل والوقوف على سبب قلة ذكرها أو إهمالها ودراستها دراسة وافية وبيان أهميتها وثمرتها
وقد توصل البحث الى نتائج منها: ظهور بعض المسائل المشتركة بين علم الأصول وغيره من العلوم، وظهور اهتمام متأخري الأصوليين بإيراد هذا النوع من المسائل، وإلى أن لقلة ذكر المسائل في كتب الأصول أسبابا ولم تكن اعتباطا
ومن أبرز التوصيات: بحث المسائل الموصوفة بالغرابة سواء كانت الغرابة لقلة الذكر أو لذاتها والتوسع في بيان المسائل قليلة الذكر وعدم الاقتصار على المسائل التي نص الأصوليون على قلة ذكرها
Abstract: The paper studies issues of Usool that were attributed to being neglected or that are rarely mentioned in literatures on Usool Al-Fiqh (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence), because whoever takes a look into literatures on Usool A-Fiqh would realize the disparity between its scholars regarding the study of issues related this knowledge in quantity and quality. This disparity led to several issues being unknown to many researchers, and this necessitates a thorough search for these issues and the reason why they were rarely mentioned or neglected, and then conducting a painstaking study on them and the exposition of their significance and benefits.
The researcher concluded with some findings, including: the discovery of some correlated issues between the science of Usool and other fields of knowledge, and the exposition of the attention given by later scholars of Usool regarding mentioning issues of this nature in their scholarly works, and the reiteration of the fact that these issues were rarely mentioned for cogent reasons and it was not due to arbitrariness.
The significant recommendations of the research include: researching on issues that were attributed with being strange, whether the strangeness was due to its rare mention or due to its nature. And conducting more elaborate research on issues that were rarely mentioned, and not limiting research to issues that were specifically identified by the scholars of Usool to be of rare mention.
