وأهميته وأقسامه وحجيته, وعلاقة تحقيق المناط بمقاصد الشريعة, ثم أبين أثر تنقيح المناط على القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة من خلال بيان التأثير ووجه, ثم أخلص في نهاية البحث إلى ذكر الخاتمة، وما تحتويه من أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract: In this paper - with the help of God Almighty - I will talk about the revision of the point, and its effect on contemporary jurisprudential issues:
And its importance, its divisions, its authority, and the relationship of the realization of the mandates with the objectives of the Sharia, then explain the effect of revision of the mandates on contemporary jurisprudential issues by explaining the impact and its face, then I conclude at the end of the research to mention the conclusion, and what it contains of the most important findings and recommendations.
