المستخلص: في هذا البحث -بعون الله تعالى- سأتكلم عن المسائل الأصولية التي نقل فيها اتفاق الأئمة الأربعة في باب الأحكام الشرعية, وذلك من خلال تعريف الاتفاق والفرق بينه وبين الإجماع, والتعريف بالأئمة الأربعة, ومن ثم ذكر المسائل الأصولية التي نقل فيها اتفاق الأئمة الأربعة في باب الأحكام الشرعية, ودراستها, ثم أخلص في هذا البحث: إلى ذكر خاتمته، وما تحتويه من أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Abstract: In this research, I discussed the issues of Usuul upon which the
agreement of the four orthodox Imams of Fiqh were reported regarding the
chaper on Al-Ahkaam Ash-Shar'iyyah. This shall be done through the
definition of agreement and the difference between it and consensus, and the
meaning of the Four Imams, after which the issues upon which the
agreement of the four Imams were reported regarding the chapter of Al-
Ahkaam Ash-Shar'iyyah and a study of it followed by a conclusion and the
