المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة وبيان أحكام الناطقين بغير العربية القضائية، وذلك من خلال تحرير هذا المصطلح وبيان مفهوم الحكم القضائي، وأهمية اللغة العربية ودورها في القضاء، ومكانتها في نظام القضاء السعودي، مع الإشارة إلى بعض الأحكام القضائية المتعلقة بالناطقين بغير العربية، كالدعوى والشهادة والإقرار ودعوى الطلاق والنكاح والقذف، وذكر بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بالترجمة وشروطها، وقضاء القاضي بلا مترجم إذا كان يحسن لغة الخصوم، وحكم الأخرس، ومداولة الحكم وإصداره بغير العربية، ونماذج من التطبيقات القضائية.

Abstract: This research is concerned with studying and explaining the rulings of non-Arabic speakers, through the liberalization of this term and the concept of judicial judgment, the importance of the Arabic language and its role in the judiciary, and its position in the Saudi judicial system, with reference to some judicial rulings related to non-Arabic speakers, such as a lawsuit, testimony, approval, and a lawsuit Divorce, marriage, and slander, mention some of the provisions related to translation and its conditions, and judge without a translator if he improves the language of opponents, the ruling of the mute, deliberate and pass judgment in a language other than Arabic, and examples of judicial applications.
