المستخلص: انتظم هذا البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وفيه التعريف بالراية ومسميات الراية، والفرق بين الراية واللواء، وأنواع الرايات، وثلاثة فصول الفصل الأول تاريخ الرايات في العهد النبوي وفيه مبحثان، الفصل الثاني أحكام الرايات في العصر الإسلامي بعد عصر النبوة وفيه خمسة مباحث، الفصل الثالث أحكام الرايات في العصر الحاضر وفيه تسعة مباحث، وقد تم ذكر أهم المسائل المتعلقة بالرايات مع العناية بالنوازل والمسائل المعاصرة، وتم دراسة المسائل بذكر أقول العلماء فيها والفتاوى مع بيان الأدلة والتعليلات وذكر الراجح.
Abstract: This research is presented in an introduction And pave the definition of the flag and the names of the flag The difference between the banners, the types of flags, And three chapters the first chapter, the history of the flags in the Prophet’s era, and they contain two topics,Chapter Two Rulings of banners in the Islamic era after the era of prophethood, and there are five topics, Chapter Three Rulings of banners in the present era and it contains nine topics And, the most important issues related to the banners were mentioned with care of the downturns and contemporary issues, and the issues were studied by mentioning what scholars say in it and the fatwas with the indication of evidence and explanations and the most correct mention.
