المستخلص: اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وفيه التعريف بمفردات العنوان وخمسة فصول، الفصل الأول أثر القرابة في الأحكام القضائية المتعلقة بآداب القاضي وفيه أربعة مباحث، الفصل الثاني أثر القرابة في الأحكام المتعلقة بالدعوى القضائية وفيه أربعة مباحث، الفصل الثالث أثر القرابة في الأحكام المتعلقة بطرق الحكم وفيه ثلاثة مباحث، الفصل الرابع أثر القرابة في الأحكام القضائية المتعلقة بالجنايات والتعزير وفيه ستة مباحث، الفصل الخامس أثر القرابة في الأحكام القضائية المتعلقة بنظام المرافعات السعودي وتطبيقاته مع الإشارة إلى بعض النماذج التطبيقية، وقد تم جمع المسائل من مظانها ودراستها من خلال ذكر أقول الفقهاء فيها وأدلتهم وذكر الراجح.
Abstract: This research included an introduction and a preliminary, in which he defined the vocabulary of the title and five chapters, The first chapter has the effect of kinship in the judicial rulings related to the morals of the judge, and it includes four topics The second chapter has the effect of kinship in the rulings related to the lawsuit, and it includes four topics. The third chapter has the effect of kinship in the rulings related to the methods of ruling, and it contains three topics. Chapter Four: The effect of kinship in the judicial rulings related to felonies and ta'zir, and it includes six topics. Chapter five: the effect of kinship in the judicial rulings related to the Saudi pleading system and its applications. With reference to some applied models, the issues have been collected from its manifestations and studied by mentioning the sayings of jurists in it and their evidence and mentioning the most correct.
