ويتم توضيح الجوانب، بدراسة المسائل، وبيان أقوال الفقهاء منها، وذكر أدلتهم، وإبراز وجه الجانب الإنساني، وبيان نظام المرافعات السعودية في صورة المسألة، والتطبيقات واللوائح الدالة على ذلك.

Abstract: This research is concerned with studying the human aspects and their impact on the lawsuit، through the sayings of imams and jurists.
The research came on a preamble، and two topics، the first topic: in judicial rulings related to the humanitarian aspects، and the second topic: the role of the escort system in caring for the humanitarian aspects related to the case، and the methods of ruling.
The aspects are clarified by studying the issues، explaining the statements of the jurists from them، mentioning their evidence، highlighting the face of the human side، and clarifying the Saudi female escort system in the form of the issue، and the applications and regulations indicating that.
